Had
a blast with my BFF Nene, Arnie (batch 2000), and her mom at Mangan Restaurant
in SM City. We spent the night reminiscing about the old days over a sumptuous
dinner of crispy pata, pinakbet, and a platter of pritong paborito (including
chicken drumsticks, pork liempo, tilapia, fish lumpia, and dried biya fish),
along with plain rice and green mango shake.
